Alex Spreigl is a classically trained Chef who graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2014 with a Bachelors of Science in Culinary Nutrition. He has over 10 years of experience in a variety of restaurants ranging from Country Clubs, to fine dining, and most recently, 4 years working in the 3 Michelin star restaurant, Rutz, in Berlin, Germany.
Alex discovered his passion for cooking at an early age, always interested in watching and helping his parents and grandparents cook at family holiday parties. He finds joy in cooking healthful and delicious meals that everyone can enjoy. His inspiration comes from cooking with locally and organically sourced products, following what is available seasonally, to ensure the best quality possible for his clients and customers.
Alex’s move into the private sector came after realizing that he wanted to share his cooking philosophy with anyone looking to eat delicious, locally sourced and seasonal food. Through the services that he offers he wants to make enjoying a home-cooked meal accessible to anyone, whether thats through meal delivery, in home meal prep, catering, or in home cooking classes. Everyone has the right to thoughtful and delicious meals that will help you and your family feel good about what you’re putting on the table.
